Managing Your Class Schedule

As an instructor on Sheydance, keeping track of your classes is simple. You can manage schedules, monitor participants, and update class details all in one place. Here’s how:

• Log in to your Sheydance account, and go to My Classes from the left-hand menu.

• You'll see two sections:

• Today’s Classes: View all the classes scheduled for the current day.

• Upcoming Classes: Check your future classes and plan ahead.

• Each class page provides essential details, including:
• Class Name
• Dance Style & Service
• Target Age Group & Skill Level
• Pricing per Participant
• Participant List

• If you need to change or edit your Dance Classes, click the Edit Class button. Save the changes, and students will be notified.

• Once you go to edit a dance class, you’ll see the same options you had when you first created and listed it — like service type, dance style, schedule, amenities, pricing, and so on. It’s all there for you to update easily!

• Just like with dance classes, you can also edit 1-2-1 and private classes. Simply click View and then select Edit Class to make any changes to the class.

• When you go to edit a 1-2-1 & private class, just like before, you’ll be able to update all the same details you set when first creating the class — like service type, dance style, schedule, amenities, pricing, and more. Super easy to make changes anytime!
