How to Create and List a Class

As an instructor on Sheydance, creating and listing your class is a breeze. Follow these simple steps to set up your class and start attracting students!.
- Log in to your Sheydance account and navigate to the Get Bookings section from the left-hand menu

You'll need to complete several sections to provide students with all the necessary information about your class:
Service Type: Dance Classes
Service Overview:
Service Title: Give your class a clear and engaging name.
Dance Style: Select the style of dance you’ll be teaching.
Suitable Ages: Choose the age range for your class (e.g., Kids, Teens, Adults, Seniors).
Summary: Provide an informative and enticing summary of what students will learn.
Music Playlist: If your class includes a specific music playlist, you can add links or details about the tracks used.
Suitable Levels: Who’s your class best suited for — beginners, intermediate learners, or advanced students?
Service Type: Select whether the class is a group or one-on-one session.

Class Type: Choose whether the class is:
Single (one-time session)
Recurring (multiple sessions over time)
Add Dates and Time:
Select the start date for your class.
Set the start time and end time.
Service Location:
Enter the address where the class will be held.
Location Capacity: Specify the number of students that can enroll.
Amenities: Amenities are the features or facilities available at your class location that you can list for students — such as changing rooms, shower, parking, Wi-Fi or restrooms. Sharing these helps students know what to expect before attending your class.
Map View: Verify the location using the integrated map.

Pricing
Set the Price: Enter the fee per session or package pricing if applicable.

Class Breakdown:
Agenda: Add an agenda for your class to help students know what to expect.

Once everything looks good, click Submit, and your class will go live!

Time Duration: Specify the duration of the class — whether it's 1 hour, 2 hours, or 3 hours.
Buffer Duration: Specify the buffer duration you’d like to apply — this is the extra time added before or after a class to allow for preparation, transitions, or wrap-up.
Availability: Select the days and hours you’re available to offer classes.
Location Capacity: Specify the number of students that can enroll.
Service Location: Enter the location where you’d like to conduct the class. You can also choose to offer classes at a client’s specified location.
Map View: Verify the location using the integrated map.

- Set the Price: Enter your fee—whether it’s hourly, per extra participant, or a full package price.
- Once everything looks good, click Submit, and your class will go live!
