How to Find, Bid On, and Manage Dance Projects on Sheydance

Getting started with projects on Sheydance is easy! Follow the steps below to explore new opportunities, submit bids, and manage your ongoing and completed work—all from your dashboard.

• Visit sheydance.com and log in using your credentials.

• From the left-hand menu, click Project Dashboard. This will take you to your central hub for project-related activity. The dashboard is divided into four key sections:

• Find Projects – Discover and bid on new dance opportunities.

• Active Projects – View the projects you're currently working on.

• Previous Projects – See all projects you've completed.

• Bid Submitted – Track all the bids you've sent for various projects.

• Click the Find Projects tab.

• Use the search bar to look for specific types of projects.

• Browse through available listings that match your skills and interests.

• Each project listing includes:

• Project Title

• Category (e.g., Music Video, Live Performance, Workshop)

• Posted Date

• Budget Amount

• Location Details

• To see more, click View Details on any listing to explore:

• Basic Info: Category, Duration, Budget

• Requirements: Age Group, Travel Needs, Dance Speciality

• Location: Full project address

• Client Info: Name, Contact (if shared), Past Projects

• Project Description: Scope of work, expectations, and special instructions

• When ready, you can submit your proposal directly from the project page. You'll be asked to enter your proposed fee, write a brief cover letter explaining why you're a great fit for the project, and optionally upload an attachment to support your application.

• Click the Active Projects tab to view current projects.

• Track timelines, communication, and payment status here.
  

• Under the Previous Projects tab, see all projects you've completed.

• Use this section to build your portfolio or reference past work for new opportunities.
  

• Head to the Bid Submitted tab to keep an eye on all your active applications.

• Track the status of your bids in one place for easy follow-up.
