We understand that plans can change, so we’ve made our refund policy simple and clear. Here’s how it works:
If you cancel your class at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time, you will receive a 100% refund.
Refunds will be processed using your original payment method.
Refunds will be unavailable if you cancel less than 48 hours before the class starts.
This policy helps ensure fairness for instructors and other students.
3. Offers and Project-Based Bookings
- When you send an offer to a dancer, your card is charged and the funds are securely held in an escrow account through Stripe.
- You may request a cancellation and refund any time before the project begins. Refunds will be issued once the dancer approves the cancellation.
- After the project is confirmed as complete by both the client and the dancer, the funds can be released to the dancer via the dashboard. No refunds are available once the funds have been released.
